Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Scope and Objective KSU invites experienced, financially secure, and reliable companies to submit bids for cleaning services for Housing Developments (Austin Residence Complex, Kennesaw Place Apartments, The Summit, University Village, University Village Suites, Howell Hall, Courtyard Apartments, Commons Apartments, Hornet Village, University Columns) across both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. Supplier(s) shall be responsible for cleaning all types of housing units as requested by KSU. Supplier(s) shall be available to perform these services throughout the week and at the times requested by the University, to include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, and during an emergency as prescribed by the Director of Housing Facilities. The intent of this solicitation is to award to multiple suppliers (a minimum of 3-6) that qualify, to ensure that cleaning services are provided within the short time frame. The initial term of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercisable at the sole discretion of the State Entity.
