Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide fire sprinkler inspections annually, per NFPA 25 (latest edition) for district sites, as specified and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. • Provide kitchen fire suppression system inspections every six months per NFPA 96 (latest edition), Standard for Ventilation, Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, and any other referenced standards. • Provide monthly churn test of fire pump(s) • Provide a quarterly preventative maintenance check of dry systems to include maintenance of compressor, drain condensate, ensure proper air/water pressure on system and any other checks necessary for the maintenance of the system(s) • Contractor must be certified/authorized to service and maintain all systems in use by the District • Fire Sprinkler Systems- • Wet systems • Dry Systems • Fire Pumps • Private hydrants • Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems • Ansul • CaptiveAire • Pyro-Chem • Denlar • Kidde • Provide annual flow test of private hydrants • Contractor must schedule and accomplish all inspections so as to minimize impact on normal school operations. • Contractor must provide complete inspection reports and documentation of fire sprinkler system and Kitchen fire suppression system inspections to OKCPS. • The Contractor will provide an example of inspection reports in the proposal. • Contractor will provide report documentation, as required, to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). • Contractor will identify deficiencies found during the inspections, and provide a proposal for the cost of any repairs needed to keep the systems in compliance. • Contractor will notify AHJ of deficiencies as required by code and will notify AHJ when deficiencies have been corrected...
