Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Santa Cruz County Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for the dewatering, dredging, transportation, and disposal of sludge from the Rio Rico Landfill retention basin as well as the cleaning of the basin inlet and outlet to restore the retention basin to its original design parameters. The successful bidder will also be required to establish survey control points and conduct a final survey. The successful bidder shall be responsible for determining the total volume of solids that must be removed from the basin to meet the project requirements. The successful bidder shall furnish all permits, materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete all aspects of the work.
