This RFP provides background information and describes the services desired by STATE. It describes the requirements for this procurement and specifies the contractual conditions required by the STATE. Although this RFP establishes the basis for Responder Proposals, the detailed obligations and additional measures of performance will be defined in the final negotiated contract. The STATE is seeking service providers, including community-based organizations, and community, tribal or technical colleges to implement SNAP E&T as part of the STATE’s workforce and human service system. The STATE wishes to engage with providers who offer a broad range of services to include, but are not limited to, job search, education, training, and work-based learning opportunities.
