The work to be performed under these Contract documents consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of the following: City of Pendleton desires to construct wellhouses and necessary piping and equipment for two wells, one with a 10-inch casing and one with a 20-inch casing, at 4300 Houtama Road, Pendleton. Both wells are located on our Wastewater Treatment and Resource Recovery Facility (WWTRRF) campus. 10-inch cased well has been in service for the WWTRRF until recently, when the City extended a 16-inch water line in preparation of putting both wells to municipal beneficial use. 20-inch cased well was drilled recently. City is in process with Oregon Water Resources Department for an additional point of appropriation to put both wells to municipal beneficial use under an existing groundwater permit. This project is to construct wellhouse buildings for both cased wells and necessary piping / fittings to put them into service to the new 16-inch domestic water line. This work will include, but is not limited to, erosion control, site work, rock excavation, rough grading, fine grading, gravel surfacing, building construction, piping, thrust restraint, valves, flow meters, vaults, disinfection systems, fire extinguishers, auxiliary sensors and probes, louvers, exhausts, heating, AC units, some demolition, electrical, and service equipment.
