Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Respondent will join a Project Team which will include Owner Administration, Program Manager, Engineer and consultants, all of whom will be engaged in a cooperative effort to provide the Owner with successful and cost-effective solutions for the infrastructure(Parking Lots A, B, and C and Underground Utilities) project. The selected Respondent will assist the Owner, its Engineer, and Program Manager to construct the project thereafter as a General Contractor. The Owner plans to reconstruct and improve the parking lots, including lighting and landscaping and repair/replace the underground utilities for the College of the Mainland. The project consists of parking lot replacement along with waterline/fireline, sanitary sewer, lighting, security cameras, and landscaping. Alternate No. 1: Portion of Parking Lot A Construction: This alternate shall establish the amount to be added to the Base Proposal for the Contractor to furnish and install all items associated with the installation of the 5,542 SY parking lot addition in Parking Lot A including but not limited to demolition, subgrade preparation, concrete pavement, drainage facilities, parking stall painting, landscaping, electrical lighting, technology, and other associated work for fully functioning parking lot as indicated in the bid documents.
