Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Vendor will conduct annual inspections and clean-out of all UGSW, WQU, water basin/cistern and building slab dewatering piping systems throughout the district. This includes any future sites that are added by the district. 2.2 Maintenance will assist the awarded vendor in locating access points to underground detention ponds. 2.3 Vendor to supply inspection report notebook with pictures and drawings of affected areas once per calendar year within one month of completion of all inspections. Special individual inspections will be the same time frame, but will not be required to be in a notebook. 2.4 Upon completion of the inspection report notebook, the vendor will meet with CCSD Maintenance to review inspection report. If CCSD Maintenance agrees that a detention system is in need of cleaning, the vendor will supply a quote within 2 weeks. If CCSD Maintenance approves the quote, a Purchase Order will be created for vendor to complete cleaning. Upon completion, the vendor will supply pictures of cleaned detention system within 1 month of completion. 2.5 Vendor shall be responsible for all inspection permits, required by federal, state, county, and municipal agencies. Deficiencies as observed by the inspection process shall be reported to the authorized CCSD contact to determine the next steps. 2.6 Vendor shall comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal laws, codes, and best management practices (BMP) governing the inspection and clean out of UGSW, WQU, water basin/cistern and building slap dewatering piping systems. 2.7 Vendor shall provide inspection and clean-out reports to the authorized CCSD representative in a timely manner that complies with federal, state, county, and municipal mandates. 2.8 CCSD reserves the right to request a quote from the vendor for repair work that may be discovered during the inspection and/or clean-out processes. Additional work shall not be performed by the vendor without prior approval from an authorized CCSD contact.
