Specifications include, but are not limited to: The term of the contract issued as a response to this solicitation will be for every three (3)-year cleaning of the following parking decks on a prescribed schedule as shown in this request document. The vendor must supply all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to completely pressure the interior of the parking decks which includes all walls, floors (including uppermost and roof levels) ceilings, columns, stairwells, and walkways to “like new” condition. Cleaning of each parking deck shall encompass the following tasks: 1. Pre-cleaning included, but not limited to blowing, sweeping, and removal of loose trash. 2. Take necessary precautions to protect all signage, as well as gate control, elevator, electrical, and fire safety equipment. 3. Pressure washing all interior concrete and brick surfaces. (Many deck ceilings will require a softer pressure to reduce potential damage). 4. Removing graffiti, stickers, and hand-posted signs at the locations specified. 5. Pressure washing safety railings. 6. A minimum of 3,000 PSI of water is required for all pressure washing, unless otherwise specified to prevent damage. 7. Wastewater removal and treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste derived from remediation of site in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
