Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Provide and file all filings required to process legal eviction action. ◦ Prepare and file all filings required to institute a non-payment of rent eviction against said individuals. ◦ Make all Court appearances necessary and required to obtain an eviction order. ◦ Not later than 14 days after the date of mailing of the 14th Day Notice of Intent to Terminate has been sent, the Louisville Metro Housing Authority shall provide a list of all residents who have failed to pay rent for the month in question. ◦ Eight days following the Court date set by counsel the LMHA shall provide a list of all residents who are to be set out by the Sheriff. ◦ LMHA shall be responsible for the timely delivery and accuracy of all information provided to counsel. ● Prepare and file legal documentation necessary to process legal eviction action. ● Prepare and file legal documentation necessary to process set-outs by the Sheriff's Department. ● Provide the Authority with continuing monthly reports that delineate those residents for whom filings were made for eviction, and cost reports.
