Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will: I. Develop a draft Annual Action Plan (AAP) that includes proposed activities, proposed accomplishments and performance measures using the IDIS/eCon Planning Suite. II. Provide internal copies of the Annual Action Plan to CHS staff for review and comment before a public draft of the action plan is finalized for the 30-day public comment period. III. Produce the draft plan for the public which must be in a Word Document or PDF version that is easily readable by the public. IV. At the conclusion of the 30-day comment period, and the Board of County Commissioner approval, prepare a final version of the plan that is ready for the County’s official transmission to HUD. At minimum, the Annual Action Plan must contain all information requested in this RFP and must meet the requirements set forth by HUD. V. Be responsible for submitting electronically to HUD all forms and tables in the eCon Planning Suite after the County’s review and authorization. The County’s authorization shall be in the form of the Board of County Commissioners approval during a regular scheduled Board meeting. VI. Be responsible for making any revisions required by HUD after submission. VII. Be responsible for all trouble shooting with HUD relative to the electronic submittal and approval of the Annual Action Plan. VIII. Be responsible for uploading the approved AAP and set-up the projects in IDIS. IX. Attendance at the public hearing and provide support to CHS during the meeting and take notes and prepare draft responses to all comments received
