Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Allocation of annual special assessment per the Board Approved special assessment methodology. Continue to monitor and make required modifications due to changes in land uses and or densities. • Prepare and maintain the official lien roll no later than July 2024. A property database is created by using information obtained from Collier County Property Appraisers’ secured roll. • Parcel data information is to be reviewed and compared to prior year’s rolls, to insure that the district’s rolls are in compliance with the law and that AJC has obtained all the pertinent information to prepare accurate assessments. • Prepare, certify and transmit annual trim notice with proposed annual special assessments for both capital and operating and maintenance assessments to PBSD offices for distribution to residents. • Prepare, certify and transmit annual lien roll with annual special assessments for both capital and operating and maintenance assessments to Collier County Property Appraiser (CCPA) by September 1, 2024. Transmit updates if required by CCPA. •In addition to excel spreadsheet ready for mail merge the vendor will prepare a summary notice page for each parcel to be submitted to printing/mailing vendor.
