a. Preventative Maintenance visits are scheduled with the Contractor by the authorized County representative. The minimum requirements are listed below: b. Commercial Refrigerators: Examine equipment for needed repairs, check lines and connections, clean evaporator, condenser, coils, filters, change refrigerant, check operating pressures, temperatures, superheat, sub-cooling, remove/drain, clean drip pans, mold removal. c. Commercial Freezers: Examine equipment for needed repairs, check lines and connections, clean evaporator/condenser/coils/filters, change refrigerant, check evaporator and condenser fans. d. Commercial Ice Machines: Examine equipment for needed repairs, check lines and connections, clean condenser coils, run de-liming/sanitation cycles, remove/drain/clean drip pans, mold removal, defrost freezer, drain lines and bin sanitizing, chemically clean and bin sanitize to clean any algae or mold growth in water lines. e. Commercial Steamers with Boilers: Examine equipment for needed repair, check the lines connections, descale boilers with commercial grade acid. f. Commercial Dishwashers: Examine equipment for needed repair, check lines, descale according to manufacturer instructions.
