Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Equity and bureau Equity Managers and the Disability staff are partnering to develop our co-created vision of equity programming in the new City structure. Through effective facilitation styles and tools, consultants will lead a collaborative process to develop a sustainable, comprehensive approach to equity and anti-racist efforts at the City that can more clearly demonstrate to all vested interest holders how Equity Managers and the Office of Equity and Human Rights can bring measurable value to the prioritization and integration of the principles of equity and anti-racism at the City of Portland, while holding City leaders accountable. • Establish next steps for this work, vis-à-vis the Transition Project’s work, and the political realities of the current form of government being in place until Dec. 31 of this year. • Establish how all equity work at the City can leverage an intersectional approach with coordination from various programs across the organization (racial equity, disability equity, LGBTQIA2S+ equity etc.)
