Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enlist the services of a respected public-safety consulting firm to conduct a thorough evaluation of Tempe’s Technical Services Unit, Forensic Services Unit, and Crime and Data Analysis Unit within the Police Analytics Bureau. Through this initiative, the selected firm will assess the efficacy of current strategies and pinpoint areas for enhancement, with the overarching goal of cultivating resilient and high-performing units. By tapping into the expertise of a qualified external partner, Police leadership seeks to ensure alignment with industry-leading practices and equip these units to adeptly navigate evolving challenges. Ultimately, Tempe’s mission is to elevate the performance and capabilities of the Technical Services Unit, Forensic Services Unit, and Crime and Data Analysis Unit to better serve the community and enhance public safety.
