Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide roof restoration services on the following four White County facilities. • FIRE STATION 4 1650 Westmoreland Rd Cleveland, GA 30528 • FIRE STATION 5 380 Shoal Creek Church Rd Cleveland, GA 30528 • FIRE STATION 6 6449 US 129 Cleveland, GA 30528 • FIRE STATION 7 4149 HWY 356 Sautee-Nacoochee, GA 30571 All of the above mentioned Facilities will need to be repaired and have a minimum of a two year workmanship warranty from the installation contractor. All debris on all of the facilities will need to be removed and hauled away by the contractor that is awarded the job. Upon completion of repairs facilities must be neat and clean from any and all debris or materials related to the roof repair project. All other work and materials to do the complete job must be included in the bid, ie: labor, nails, staples, roll roofing, tar paper (underlayment), drip edges, flashing, ridge vents, etc. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials, and perform all operations necessary to repair roofing on each facility. The contractor will be responsible for measurements and is responsible for accuracy of the measurements and the fit of the work.
