Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hillsborough County seeks experienced and qualified suppliers for a three (3) year period with a proven and documented track record of providing ongoing and as-needed footwear and safety shoes to submit their offered products and services that comply with the latest American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards applicable to safety-toed footwear specifications for use by county-wide departments and staff members. The information should include all available footwear and safety shoe products offered by your firm, including associated pricing and discounts off of manufacturer-suggested retail prices (MSRP), available local stores, online ordering, and mobile services. Refer to Attachment A and B for footwear and safety shoe requirements and products. Suppliers may include any other pertinent information that may assist in qualifying their companies. The Safety Shoes and Boots offered, shall include, but are not limited to the following features: 1.1. oil, chemical, and heat resistant, where applicable. 1.2. made of all leather, full grain; 1.3. made of leather with rubber and/or man-made uppers; 1.4. made of all rubber in 6”, 12”, 15”, and 16” heights; 1.5. ballistic nylon, removable full-cushion insole, cement construction, non-marking oil and slip resistant rubber outsole, rated in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 1/75, C/75 and Electrical Hazard (EH) or approved equivalent; 1.6. Non-slip soles; 1.7. steel toe to meet or exceed the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Z41-1991, ANSI Z41- 1999, ASTM F-2412-05 and ASTM F-2413-05 Impact & Compression Standards or latest version. 1.8. shall meet or exceed ANSI Z41-1991, ANSI Z41-1999, ASTM F-2412-05 and ASTM F-2413-05 Metatarsal Standards or latest version, where applicable.
