Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kingsland Convention and Visitors Bureau (KCVB) invites prospective bidders to submit proposals for the design of our Visitors Guide. This updated Visitors Guide will highlight Kingsland's tourism industry; the publication will be attractive, inviting and easy for visitors to use. The Visitors Guide is a magazine style format and has been very popular with distribution in heavy traffic areas and welcome centers throughout the State of Georgia. It is also mailed to potential visitors upon request. The Kingsland Visitors Guide serves as our primary destination marketing piece and should correspond with other marketing collateral with the goal to inspire visitors to plan a trip to Kingsland. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Looking for talented modern design work in destination marketing & editorial. References are required and 10 years’ experience preferred. Vendor must provide a minimum of three brochure design links of sample work. Visitor Guide consists of 11” x 8-1/2” folded into a 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” Color: Full 4/4 color with a page range of up to 30 pages. Work with CVB during development for client review, feedback and approval prior to print. Local familiarity of our product and tourism experiences in destination promotion are a priority in the design work. Images will be provided by the client but we will require your team to have the ability to enhance and or create professional copy narratives as well as proofing and editing. Copy to be provided by contractor in alignment with our brand voice. Please provide an hourly rate for additional photography services that may be needed. The Visitors Guide design must be visually appealing, incorporating the KCVB brand colors and logo where appropriate. We encourage creativity and embracing new ideas. Final Visitors Guide layout must be furnished in an electronic, editable format. Adobe InDesign preferred. All materials and content will remain the property of the Kingsland CVB and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission.
