Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The River Road Multimodal Improvements includes making improvements to River Road between 3rd St and 7th St including relocating the concrete barrier with a lane reduction, widening the sidewalk to accommodate a multi-use path, lighting improvements, signal improvements, fire hydrant water work, and other amenities. B. The Contract is a unit price project. Estimated quantities appear in the bid schedule only for the purpose of comparing the Bid Proposals. Louisville Metro only will pay the Contractor for the actual quantities of work performed and accepted or materials furnished according to the Contract. Louisville Metro may increase, decrease, or omit the estimated quantities of work and materials furnished. C. The Contract will follow the Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2019.
