Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide a new pump that matches the duty points of the existing, which include a 6” discharge and produces 1150 GPM at 41 feet TDH. 2. Contractor shall provide a new pump that matches the duty points of the existing, which includes a 6” discharge and a 20 HP, 460 VAC, 3-phase, 1750 RPM. 3. All Pumps shall be electric submersible with a metal-to-metal sealing face to the discharge elbow. 4. Pump shall use guide bars with no fasteners or fittings to set/or hold the pump to the discharge connection. 5. Submittals detailing pump information shall include model, rotation speed, complete performance curve showing capacity versus head, BHP (brake kW), volts, amps, efficiency, and other relevant information. 6. All submersible pump motors shall have a class H squirrel cage induction motor with NEMA Class B operating temperature rating and operate on 460 VAC, three-phase power. 7. Cable entry shall have a double grommet and be field replaceable. 8. Impeller shall be a multi-channel and fabricated of 25% chromium hard iron meeting 60 HRC. 9. Impeller shall be self-cleaning by allowing axial movement of the impeller to pass solids and debris. 10. Motor shall include double mechanical seals operating independently with tungsten carbide seal faces and a leak sensor and thermals in the seal cavity for connection to pump controls. 11. All pumps shall have a 60-month, pro-rated warranty covering all part and labor costs. coverage during the first 18 months at 100%.
