Specifications include, but are not limited to: The mobile application must operate on both Android and iOS platforms. 1.1.1. The vendor shall make the mobile application available on iTunes (Apple) and Google Play (Android). The app will be free of charge to users and will not contain “in-app” purchases. The mobile application shall continue to meet the requirements for Google Play Store & iTunes/Apple Store during the contract period. The respondent is responsible for managing functionality to meet requirements including app updates, and any subsequent versions of the app. 1.1.2. The mobile application shall meet the changing requirements of the stores during the contract period. 1.2. The map services used by the application can be cloud-based or hosted; respondents are required to provide details on the configuration and location of these services. 1.3. Respondents must specify where data collected by the application will be stored, how data will be protected, and the storage platform they plan to use. 1.4. Cloud solutions will be preferred and respondents must indicate the cost of cloud hosting as a separate line item in the cost proposal while adhering to the state of Arizona’s information security requirements. 1.5. Respondents must describe how they will provide ongoing maintenance and hosting for the application. All associated costs for maintenance and hosting shall be itemized within the cost proposal. 1.6. Arizona State Parks and Trails will retain ownership of all new code developed for this project. 1.7. The respondent must comply with the state's guidelines for using approved graphics and branding materials.
