Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of replacement and widening of 3,090 feet of existing roadway. Reconstruction includes widening of existing two-lane, uncurbed, gravel roadway to a 38-foot wide, 3-lane asphalt roadway with curb and gutter. This roadway is expected to have greatly increased traffic loads due to several substantial commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects scheduled in the near future along this corridor. Center turn lanes are included in the roadway design, providing for safe left-hand turning to and from this roadway under the expected increased traffic.; Project also includes the relocation of 3,070 feet of 12" waterline and construction of a new storm sewer collection system. Replacement of the existing stormwater culvert crossing with a new reinforced concrete box is also included in the drainage updates.
