Services shall be in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications listed herein. Additionally, services shall be completed in a professional manner. Work shall be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the following Standards: American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Anti-Friction Bearing Manufacturers Association (AFBMA), International Standards Organization (ISO), and American Society for NonDestructive Testing (ASNT). Work shall consist of preparation of an analysis plan that details the responsibilities of the successful quoter in preparing equipment for inspection, onsite vibration testing services on an annual basis (including mobilization and travel of technicians), and preparation of a detailed report and recommendations. Successful quoter shall not be responsible for making repairs to equipment. Oil analysis may be performed by an independent laboratory, however, the successful quoter shall provide the recording, evaluation, and recommended course of action. Upon request, successful quoter shall provide a Project Safety Plan after award recommendation. The project plan shall include, but not be limited to, Activity Hazard Analysis, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection, copies of training certifications, etc. The work shall be completed in an expeditious manner with the minimum amount of downtime/interruptions to plant operations, due to the nature of the water treatment process. No payment shall be authorized for any downtime due to equipment failure/malfunction, or equipment operator inexperience/error.
