The successful bidder shall advise the SAISD maintenance personnel on additional repairs required which must be mutually agreed prior to proceeding with the repairs. Paint sprayers c. Other 8. Pest Control a. Other 9. Custodial equipment and Supplies a. Other 10. Plumbing a. Water heaters b. Disposals c. Drains d. Sewer lines e. Water softener f. Other 11. Sites/Ground a. Equipment repairs b. Concrete c. Cements d. Parking lot striping e. Grounds repairs f. Gates g. Equipment rentals h. Other 12. Warehouse Equipment Rentals & Repairs a. Cranes b.
