Specifications include, but are not limited to: An updated soil vapor assessment is needed to evaluate current vapor intrusion risk at the facility and property boundary. This information will also help determine any contingency measures needed to comply with requirements of the existing Record of Decision. Contractor will utilize methods, techniques and guidance from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the United States Environmental Protection Agency to determine best approach to conduct air and soil vapor sampling, as well as work with an ORELAP accredited laboratory. Contractor will develop a written report summarizing findings and providing recommendations for next steps, including remediation or mitigation options if results exceed applicable Risk-Based Concentrations. Submit the report to the agency and collaborate with the Department of Environmental Quality.
