Additional Services Geotechnical Report(s) Historic Preservation and Archeology Process Any other Services required to complete this FB Water Infrastructure Design Miscellaneous Requirements Current MACC – $5,643,000 (For all Packages) Design Packages – Develop logical Design Packages for various components of work required to complete the overall infrastructure improvements. Packages shall include all required demolition, renovation and new construction. These Packages would then be used to let construction contracts for various Project components depending on priority, funding and need or provided to a third party to specify necessary work to be performed at the direction of the third party. Permitting Requirements – Determination of both construction and operational requirements Construction and Maintenance Access – Identify the regulating authority(ies), define requirements and design necessary construction and maintenance access to infrastructure improvements to include Right of Way requirements Historic Preservation and Archeology Process Requirements – Identify any historic preservation and Archeology Project requirements and recommend actions for overcoming these challenges, Geotechnical Reports – Perform Geotechnical Report(s) required to adequately design infrastructure improvements.
