Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is anticipated the following work product at a minimum will be provided by the selected architectural team: 1. Program validation and completion. a. Review, validate, modify and complete with the district direction the program(s) for the replacement Junior School, and High School Addition. 2. Provide phased documents for the Schematic Design, Design Development, 50% and 100% Construction Documents phases. 3. Provide renderings, site plans, and building documents package during Schematic and Design Development phases to assist the district’s Bond election community communications efforts. Assist with documentation and attend planning and public meetings as required during this process which will occur in June-November. 4. Material bid packages for long-lead items. These packages will be issued by the architect for bid during the design process as appropriate for lead times. They will include but not be limited to: electrical switchgear, steel columns, joist and deck, and masonry. Offsite utility improvements, onsite rough grading, and drainage and utility improvements early procurement packages may also be required. 5. A complete set of stamped construction documents for both projects and associated site work and construction administration for those plans. 6. Submittal and submittal fees to all authorities having jurisdiction including but not limited to State Fire Marshal office, USBE forms, County Health Department, City of Murray Design review and permitting. 7. Investigate and identify improvements for Traffic, Water, Sewer, Irrigation, Fire pressure needs for the above identified improvements based upon projected usage and current availability and provide construction documents for these improvements. 8. Identify potential electrical needs and upgrades for the above identified improvements.
