Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Asset Property Conditions Inspection Contractor shall provide comprehensive routine asset condition inspection reporting and recordkeeping services at the interim sections of the Atlanta Beltline trail network along as well as other ancillary properties acquired for the Atlanta BeltLine project. Contractor shall provide the development and implementation of a web/mobile based inspection form and the integration of ABI’s work management solution, Asana. ABI requires Contractor to provide emergency response for emergency asset property condition inspection checks and assessments that impact the integrity of the Atlanta BeltLine. In emergency situations, the ability to respond quickly and efficiently is critical. The asset property condition inspection services will be a fixed-priced contract based on the property’s acreage, property type, and on-site infrastructure assets (i.e., existing buildings, fence, and landscaping).
