Review the contractor's budgeting and cost control processes to ensure accuracy and transparency. 5. Evaluate the contractor's performance measurement and evaluation methods to ensure alignment with F5CA North Star, goals and objectives. 6. Review the contractor's subcontractor management practices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations. 7. Assess the contractor's quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. 8. Review the contractor's environmental and sustainability practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. 9. Evaluate the contractor's safety and health practices to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders involved in the project. 10.Provide recommendations for improvement and identify areas for potential cost savings or efficiency gains in the contractor's programmatic processes.
