Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Base Bid (Concrete Primary) a. Scope of work includes the selective roof replacement of the existing low slope roof systems on Roof Areas A and A1. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs, installation of a new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and two ply modified bitumen roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly will be required. 2. Alternate No. 1 (Palmetto E.S.) a. Scope work includes includes the selective roof replacement of the existing low slope roof systems on Roof Areas G and H. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs, installation of a new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and two ply modified bitumen roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly will be required.
