Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of these Specifications is to set minimum requirements, not to otherwise limit Bidding, for a source to supply all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and management to perform repairs on the sprinkler / irrigations systems and aerators installed in the various detention ponds and/or open drainage structures, cemeteries, arterial street rights-of-way, and center medians throughout Tulsa, and any other area in which City of Tulsa sprinkler systems may be located. All work will be within the Tulsa city limits. Material/Supplies: Tools or apparatus needed to perform a specific repair, including but not limited to hammer, screwdriver, pipe wrench, nuts, bolts, pipe tape, and consumables are to be included in your Bid cost. Repair Parts: A component that can be separate from or attached to a system, including but not limited to water line pipes, sprinkler heads, joints, and couplings (repair parts). Repair parts that are needed will be provided by the City and are not to be considered as part of this Agreement. Surface must be returned to final grade. City will install sod or hydromulch, as it sees fit.
