Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Review existing documentation describing current as-built audio-visual systems, standards, preferences, and future plans. • Perform an on-site technology observation to review and assess the EOC space, the layout, furniture, and current audiovisual systems. • Interview stakeholders and conduct workshops to inventory the list of concerns and operational deficiencies. • Conduct a needs assessment and prioritize the needs both functional and technical; the needs must demonstrate how operators want to use the space to support their workflows and audiovisual system goals. • Provide a high-level design and cost estimates for consideration by the County. • Develop a requirements & specifications package for the options and/or components selected by the County for use in future procurement process. This package will include detailed system specifications, bidding equipment list and system flow drawings.
