Specifications include, but are not limited to: Applicants responding to the RFP will be required to provide specialized professional expertise and capacity that will include: • Hiring, supervision and on-going training of SBYSP Mental Health Clinician(s) to be housed onsite • Clinical supervision of and consultation with Mental Health Clinician(s) • On-going training of all SBYSP staff relative to adolescent development and systems interventions • Direct delivery of on-site services • Provision of required level of service • Maintenance of appropriate clinical records • Provision of clinical counseling and case management to students and their families within the school setting • Conducting home visits, as needed, with students and families • Provision of assessments, referrals, family support, and follow-up services • Ability to work with the targeted population and their families in both school and urban settings • Experience and familiarization with the NJ DCF SBYSP model of services • Evidence of an existing and continued commitment to ensure cultural awareness and humility • Ability to work in partnership with other school and community-based service providers around common goals and desired outcomes
