Move, manipulate and set available rocks in the trail tread as needed to create a trail tread passable by bikers and equestrians, including at numerous “climbing turns”. b. Lift and Tilt – move local soil on either side of trail to ensure mountain water runoff and proper drainage of trail. c. Finishing and Restoration - Complete all finishing and restoration work. Note that restoration work includes covering spoils and other disturbed areas (other than the trail tread itself) with leaves or other vegetative matter immediately after machine work is completed, on a daily basis. If there are not enough leaves available along any portion of the trail, contractor will procure and spread hay and rye grass seed along that trail section.
