If awarded a Contract, Contractor shall provide all equipment and labor to perform road decommissioning services and fuels reduction via pre-commercial thinning (PCT) and mastication services. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform and complete the Work in accordance with the requirements described in the Statement of Work, Attachment A, Exhibit A. Services shall be completed by October 31st, 2025, unless approved by the U.S. Forest Service to adjust the dates based on environmental conditions. Seasonal Restriction in effect from December 1st through March 31st closing all log hauling, felling operations, ground-based operations, road improvement and construction unless otherwise approved by STATE. Contractor shall provide at least one boom mounted masticator with rubber tracks for roadside brushing, one excavator with a bucket for road decommissioning, and one masticator or working hand fellers for fuels reduction of sub merchantable material in commercial harvest units.
