Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Create an Annual Wellness Casework Tool - The Contractor shall develop a standardized Annual Wellness Casework Interview Tool to use in individual wellness check-in appointments and screen for potential stressors, or areas of concerns that will help connect the Parole Agent with resources and/or support systems, as needed. The Annual Wellness Casework Interview Tool shall be the sole property of CDCR. The Contractor shall request written consent from CDCR prior to utilizing the tool for any purpose outside of the scope of this contract. The Contractor shall not have the authorization to the use of the tool beyond the intended purpose of this contract. The CDCR reserves the option to utilize the tool beyond contract expiration in the event there is a sufficient need. Additional Wellness sessions and support services as requested to include both an educative and supportive component. The wellness appointments shall aim to encompass the following six (6) components during the sessions: ▪ Change the bias of law enforcement views on mental health and wellness. ▪ Understand and combat the effects of vicarious trauma. ▪ Understand how our jobs impact our health and our family’s health. ▪ Identify warning signs in Parole Agent that warrant self-reflection or exploration. ▪ Learn what traits are ideal and not ideal for the sex offender caseload or participation in the Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement Team and/or Sexual Predator Apprehension Team...
