Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall: A. Provide commercial kitchen parts, equipment, and supplies for all major manufacturersto include but not limited to equipment listed on Attachment D Manufacturer List: E. Provide a percentage off MSRP discount for manufacturers not listed, catalog parts, and special orders. F. Have an online presence with the ability for end usersto perform the following functions: 1. Place Orders 2. Track Shipments 3. Process Returns 4. View Purchase History 5. Access Full Parts Catalog 6. Access parts diagrams, equipment manuals, and installation instructions G. Respond to all questions, concerns, quote requests, or perform troubleshooting within 48 hours.
