Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the County to provide intake and administrative support for COBID certified firms seeking technical assistance services. COBID certified firms who request Technical assistance, mentoring, and training from Multnomah County are asked to submit an online request for assistance.When the online request is received, the supplier awarded under this sourcing event will: 1. Verify their COBID certification status; 2. Conduct an intake interview/assessment to determine the priority of needs; and 3. Generate a report with an estimate of the time it will take to complete each aspect of the technical assistance request. The report generated by the awarded supplier will be used by the technical assistance service providers contracted with Multnomah County to deliver the direct support services to the COBID certified firm.The supplier awarded under this sourcing event will not provide direct support to COBID certified firms outside of the intake assessment and related administrative capacity. During the intake interview process, the awarded supplier will work with COBID certified firms to identify areas of potential technical assistance support services such as, but are not limited to: 1. Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries Certified Payroll/ Prevailing wage reporting; 2. Computer training (i.e., identifying needed technology and how to use it); 3. Business operations (i.e., project management); 4. Financial (i.e., project costing and bookkeeping); 5. Marketing and Networking (i.e., growing the business); 6. Mentoring; and 7. Outreach to COBID certified firms specifically for Multnomah County technical assistance
