Specifications include, but are not limited to: IEHP’s Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Facilities Department, is soliciting quotations for Water Filtration Machines and Bottled Water Delivery Service, as detailed within this RFQ. A. Provide Water Filtration Equipment and Services as follows: 1. Service and replace all filters per Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements or at a minimum, annually, whichever comes first. 2. Per the manufacturer’s instructions, or at a minimum, semi-annually, whichever comes first, Awarded Bidder shall sanitize the internal components of the water filtration equipment, including the reservoir and spigots as well as external features including drip tray. If chlorine is identified as breaking through the filter, the filter must be replaced. 3. Replacement of any defective equipment including drip trays. 4. Currently the water filtration equipment include 64 water dispensers in the Atrium Building, 4 in the Dr. Bradley P. Gilbert Center for Learning & Innovation Building, and 8 distributed across all IEHP Community Resource Center (CRC) locations, totaling 76 water dispensers connected to existing plumbing lines. B. Provide Bottled Water Delivery as follows: 1. Standard bottled water delivery must be on a two-week delivery cycle. Summer delivery schedules must be weekly. 2. Supplier must provide IEHP with a quarterly Service in Excel format which must include the following: i. Equipment serviced. ii. Type of service performed, including but not limited to filter replacements, cleaning and repairs. iii. Next service interval. iv. Any abnormalities identified with the equipment. v. Necessary follow-up repairs and/or services required. 3. Current bottled delivery includes four (4) 5-gallon bottles delivered to the IEHP Warehouse located at 10825 7th Street, Suite G, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. C. IEHP Responsibilities: IEHP will regularly clean out drip trays.
