Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Setup fees for embroidering and embossing are considered incidental. 2. When materials are out-of-stock, back-ordered, or discontinued, Vendor shall recommend a suitable replacement. 3. Vendor shall provide an example of each item within thirty (30) days following contract award to confirm quality and workmanship, example items do not need to be non-embossed or nonembroidered. If the item comes in multiple colors, the Vendor only needs to provide one color. If the County does not agree to the provided item, the Vendor shall provide a suitable replacement. 4. Embossed and embroidered logos may be in color, gray scale, or black/white. The following is provided as examples; the County reserves the right to change the logo or add new ones. 5. Unless otherwise specified, unit of issue is “each”. 6. When a “lot” is specified for items available in various colors, the “lot” will be ordered in 1 color. 7. When various colors are listed, the vendor shall provide a listing of all colors that are available. 8. All items provided shall be new. 9. All quantities on the bid sheet are estimated.
