Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor for a complete bridge inspection to meet the following requirements: The inspection to be performed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 23, Part 650, Subpart C - National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, Part 237, Bridge Safety Standards, and satisfies the requirements specified in Army Regulation (AR) 420-1 “Army Facility Management”, Chapter 7 “Transportation Infrastructure and Dams.” 2. Contractor shall ensure all measurements and assessments are obtained prior to biding. 3. Contractor shall take all necessary measures to protect the water way will be taken as required in consideration of the State of Tennessee and U.S. Federal Environment Policies and Regulations. 4. Contractor shall dispose of all scrap materials created from the inspection process. 5. All cleanup will be done prior to inspection and payment. 6. Contractor shall be liable for any Damages incurred will be the burden of the contractor to repair. 7. Upon receipt of purchase order Contractor shall complete all work and cleanup to be completed within 60 days of notification to proceed.
