Medical Services • Pregnancy Testing • Family Planning • Birth Control-depo provera shots, birth control medications and other forms • Health Education (one- on-one, as needed) • Flu Shots, COVID Vaccine • TB Testing • On-site primary care sick visits assessment by a Medical Provider • Telehealth primary care sick visit assessment by a Medical Provider • Mental Health Referral to on campus services or external for Psychiatry • Physical Exams for College Transfers, Externship, or Employment • Referrals for Urgent Care • Immunizations are NOT covered • Pap smears • STI Testing • HIV Testing • Phlebotomy (blood draws) – on an as needed basis C. On Site Individual Health Education including but not limited to: • Pregnancy Prevention • HIV/STD Prevention • Substance Abuse Prevention • Violence Prevention and Safety • Family Planning • Attendance at all health fairs • Classroom presentations as requested • Outreach when requested D. Provide necessary equipment and supplies to run the Health Center E. Enrollment into Family PACT, CAL Fresh and Medi-Cal, Covered CA F. Hours of operation: Medical services will be provided in-person Monday - Friday, from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. when classes are in session.
