Specifications include, but are not limited to: Service Level 5.1. The MOCAP Provider agrees the MOCAP Learning Management System (LMS) shall be available to students, parents, the LEA, and to DESE a minimum of 99.95% of the time as measured monthly excluding scheduled maintenance periods based on 30 days per month. 5.2. The MOCAP Provider agrees that in the event the virtual MOCAP program availability is less than 95% in a given month, DESE shall have the option to revoke, suspend, or take other corrective action regarding the authorization of the Provider pursuant to 5 CSR 20-100.230. 5.3. The MOCAP Provider agrees the scheduled maintenance window for the MOCAP LMS must be between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. 5.4.
