The County intends to enter into an agreement with the successful Proposers for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of roadway structures, flood control structures or other public works projects. Work will be accomplished by issuing a Task Order under the Price Agreement. The awarded contractor(s) shall furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials and equipment needed to perform the work. The term of this contract shall be one (1) year with an option to renew by mutual consent for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The County may add to or delete from the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP. No purchases are obligated by this request for proposals.
