The Offerors shall have extensive experience in professional engineering services to oversee projects on a task order basis that include, but are not limited to, planning, design, preliminary engineering reports, environmental studies and clearances; rights-of-way and site acquisition; environmental permits, projects administration, asset management, utility rate studies, funding assistance, master planning and water and wastewater system and facility operation and maintenance services, start-up services; and any other related activities for water and wastewater system improvements for the Border Region to include Santa Teresa and the City of Sunland Park, NM. The projects are expected to be multi-phased and are contingent upon the receipt of project funding by CRRUA. The selected firm shall assist CRRUA in acquisition of project funding and shall be responsible for the phased completion of the work as funding becomes available and is directed by CRRUA.
