This category includes evaporative coolers. 5.1.1 Service and Repairs Mechanical Systems 5.1.1.1 Central Plants 5.1.1.2 Rooftop units 5.1.1.3 Package units 5.1.2 Service and Repairs Evaporative Coolers 5.1.3 Replacement of Equipment 5.2 Plumbing Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Contractor will perform Maintenance, Repair and Replacements of piping, fixtures and appliances related to water supply, drains and sanitary drainage systems. Repair plumbing leaks in toilets, sinks and piping. Repair/replace pumps and motors. Sewer and drain cleanout, grease trap/interceptor pumping and maintenance, septic tank pumping, sewer line maintenance, lift station clean out, toilet and urinal cleanout and repair, root treatment, line jetting. 5.2.1 Service Drain and Venting 5.2.2 Installation, alterations, repair various piping 5.3 Electrical Contractor will perform Electrical services, up to 600 volts. Work may consist of one or more of the following, including but not limited to; power distribution, lighting, lighting control, solar, buildings, parking facilities, treatment plants (non-process related), outside spaces, renovation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and new installation. 5.3.1 Maintenance, Repair and Replacements 5.3.2 Electrical up to 600 volts 5.3.3 Power Distribution 5.3.4 Lighting and Lighting Controls 5.4 Backflow (Inspection, Repair, and Installation) Contractor will perform annual testing and reporting of backflow devices. Testing procedures shall be conducted in accordance with current local, state, and/or federal regulations. Backflow device installation, inspections and repairs must be following all applicable building codes and regulations. Work may consist of performing annual testing and reporting of backflow devices. Testing procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the current industry standards. Backflow device installations, inspections, and repairs at the School District must be following all applicable building codes and regulations. A company performing testing of backflow devices must be a Recognized Tester approved by the School District. Testers who wish to perform backflow testing within the School District must possess and maintain the following credentials: 1. Certified as a backflow assembly tester from an agency approved by the District. 2. Test gauge calibration reports. 3. Must submit reports to the respective governing municipality for compliance. Testing data will be reported on a Backflow Prevention Assembly Test Report form or other form accepted by the School District that reports the same test data. Test reports are submitted to School District within 30 days following the test. Some testers may be trained for on-line submittal of test results. Testers are encouraged to provide notes on the testing report about observed worn or deteriorated components which pose a threat of failure. Testers are encouraged to report the components that were observed to have failed, which resulted in the backflow device failing the test. 5.4.1 Backflow Deviation Installation 5.4.1.1 Inspection, Reporting, Testing Data Backflow Prevention 5.4.1.2 Installation
