Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following are a list of sample tasks the responder would be asked to complete for each facility audit: 1. Full audit by a Department of Justice (DOJ) certified auditor, dually certified to conduct Adult and juvenile facility audits; 1.1 Provide the mandatory facility posting prior to onsite visit. 1.2 Onsite visit as mandated by the audit standards. 1.3 Final report within the time frame outlined by the DOJ. 1.4 Corrective action plan as needed. 1.5 Follow-up visit, as needed, to assess implementation of the corrective action plan with PREA Standards. The contractor will work closely with the agency’s PREA coordinator and facility PREA compliance managers in coordinating the tasks needed to complete the audit. The contract will begin on the date stated in the contract or upon full execution of the contract, whichever is later.
