Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.7. Library Dust, wipe down computer-desks/table tops, computers and electronics - no Clorox wipes, cleaning supplies specifically for electronics. Book shelves - Dust/wipe down - top, bottoms, running boards. Display cases - Dust, wipe down glass exteriors. Lobby Area - Mop/Vacuum/Dust area as necessary. Conference rooms to be cleaned after 9pm. Empty all waste paper receptacles and recycling containers, spot clean if soiled and replace liners when torn or soiled. Remove all collected rubbish and recycling to its designated area. Fully vacuum all carpets (if any) from wall to wall, including under furniture along edges and in corners, using approved vacuum system. Ensure mobile furniture and chairs are returned to their original position. Spot clean carpet using approved carpet spotting equipment and supplies. Spot clean all office partition glass, including doors. Spot clean chairs as needed. Spot clean to dust/damp wipe the inside and outside of all fire extinguisher cabinets. Dust ledges, window sills and door and window frames as needed. Dust/damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove stains, dust and cobwebs as needed. Empty all paper from the shredding machine(s) and remove all collected rubbish to its designated area. Any mobile printers, tables, and carts to be cleared, dusted underneath, and put back. 4.8. Interior Entrances, Lobbies, Corridors, Stairs, and Stairwells Empty all waste paper receptacles and recycling containers, spot clean if soiled and replace liners when soiled or torn. Remove trash/recycling to designated area. Sweep/dust mop all floors. Fully vacuum all carpets (if any) from wall to wall, including under furniture along edges and in corners, using approved vacuum system. Ensure mobile furniture and chairs are returned to their original position. Spot clean carpet using approved carpet spotting equipment and supplies. Mop entire hard floor surface using a germicidal cleaning solution. Spot clean to dust/damp wipe the inside and outside of all fire extinguisher cabinets. Dust door frames. Spot clean the inside and outside of door glass and other adjacent glass areas (as needed). Spot clean walls as necessary. Wipe down water fountains. (Do not wipe the mouthpiece or bottle filler head.) 4.9. Office Areas & Shared Office Space Empty all waste paper receptacles and recycling containers, spot clean if soiled and replace liners when torn or soiled. Remove all collected rubbish and recycling to its designated area. Sweep/dust mop all floors. Fully vacuum all carpets (if any) from wall to wall, including under furniture along edges and in corners, using approved vacuum system. Ensure mobile furniture and chairs are returned to their original position. Spot clean carpet using approved carpet spotting equipment and supplies. Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces including light switches, walls and doors, removing fingerprints, smudges and stains. Spot clean all office partition glass, including doors. Spot clean chairs as needed. Spot clean to dust/damp wipe the inside and outside of all fire extinguisher cabinets. Dust ledges, window sills and door and window frames as needed. Dust empty cabinet tops. Dust/damp wipe air vents and heaters to remove soil and cobwebs as needed. Dust/damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove stains, dust and cobwebs as needed. Empty all paper from the shredding machine(s) and remove all collected rubbish to its designated area. Any mobile printers, tables, and carts to be cleared, dusted and put back. In addition, if an office is occupied at the time of cleaning, the vendor shall skip over and note it as an occupied office for record.
