Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract No. 1: General Construction The scope of work for General Construction includes: Bid Item No. 10.01.01, building improvements, including but not limited to: removing existing shingles and furnishing and installing new underlayment and furring strips; new metal roofing and trim; new gutters, downspouts, and fascia; various structural building improvements; select demolition; various repairs and patches; installation of new internal finish work; and other improvements shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Bid Item No. 10.01.02, sub-roof replacement (roof sheeting), including but not limited to: the removal of any unsuitable, water damaged, or otherwise, wooden sub-roof sheathing, and replacement with new material priced by the sheet complete in place. New material to be plywood or OSB meeting the following criteria: Exterior, APA rated sheathing 24/0, minimum of I 5/32" thick, or match existing thickness. Replaced sheets to be nailed to framing member with 8d nails; 6" o.c. at edges, 12" o.c. in field. Provide and install 2x wood material as required for proper support at panel edges if existing framing provides less than ½" of bearing. Removed materials are the property of the Contractor to be legally disposed of at an approved location for construction debris; and other improvements shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Bid Item No. 10.01.03, soffit and siding, including but not limited to removing existing soffit and siding; and other improvements shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The General Contractor is responsible for the coordination of all other Prime Contracts. Contract No. 2: Mechanical & Electrical Construction The scope of work for Mechanical and Electrical Construction includes but is not limited to select demolition; removal and temporary storage of items to be re-used and reinstalled; new lighting, wiring, conduit, etc.; exterior lighting; HVAC equipment and concrete outdoor pads; ventilation items; louvers; fire alarm system; and other improvements shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Work to be completed by the Electrical and Mechanical Contractor is highlighted on Contract Drawings E001, E002, and E101; as well as M001 and M101. Contract No. 3: Plumbing Construction The scope of work for the plumbing contractor includes but is not limited to select demolition; removal and temporary storage of items to be re-used and reinstalled; misc. plumbing; furnishing and installing new water heaters; and other improvements as shown on the Contract Drawings or specified herein. Work to be completed by the Plumbing Contractor is highlighted on Contract Drawings P001 through P101. Work is shown on the Contract Drawings titled, “WWTP Control Building Upgrades,” prepared by C.S. Davidson, Inc., Consulting Engineers, and their subconsultants, Sheets CS, C1, S1-S3, E001, E002, E101, M001, M101, P001 and P101, inclusive.
