1. Complete pressure washing and prep of entire building. a. Take down signage where necessary. b. Pressure wash walls, soffits, doors. c. Pressure wash concrete stem walls for algae. d. Cover and protect all HVAC units, electrical gear, windows, roofing, fire alarm fixtures, lighting fixtures, and ground surfaces from overspray. 2. Paint all surfaces of building as specified by the District per Section 09 90 00, attached. a. Gutters, downspouts, trim, man doors, door frames, exposed fire pipes (care to be taken to NOT spray fire sprinkler heads), fascia, soffits, trim and building railings, stairwell railings. b. Exclude: Decorative corrugated metal siding on Building N1 lower level; non painted/exposed galvanized railings; metal framed store front glass doors and windows. c. Cover and protect all HVAC units, electrical gear, windows, roofing, fire alarm fixtures, lighting fixtures, and ground surfaces from overspray. 3. PPG Colors to match: a. Copper Beach – 78-816 Semi-gloss - the “pumpkin” colored exterior walls b. Baked Bean – 78-300 Semi-gloss - the dark downspout and architectural steel all remains same c. Door Brown – all doors (except aluminum framed storefronts), to be matched by Contractor in Pitt-Tech DTM d. Gray Trim is custom color PPG 76-110 Satin
