Prime and top coat. Install all base and wall cabinets securely to the stud framing of the walls. 2. Field measure, order and install a wood, single hung, double glazed, one-over-one window and jamb including screen, caulk, interior casing and exterior trim. Install half screen. 03 Plumbing 1. Install a 5ft Sterling 4-piece, fiberglass tub and shower unit complete with lever operated pop-up drain and overflow, PVC waste, single lever shower diverter, shower rod and Delta 6122 water saving shower head.
